- HOA dues are due on April 1 each year. Log into your account at www.tolleycm.com to access your account.
- The pool will be opening in May 2025 – more details to come soon! Please familiarize yourself with the pool rules. Some reminders are below:
- Pool hours are 8:00 am – 9:30 pm. Pool keys will only work during open hours.
- Only persons with an active key may enter the pool. Pool keys may not be shared with neighbors and you may not open the gate for residents without an active key.
- A homeowner or home occupant must accompany all guests. A homeowner is responsible for their guests.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool gate.
- Please pick up after yourself/your guests. Close pool umbrellas, turn the water off in the bathroom sinks and close bathroom doors.
- Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside of or near the pool enclosure.
- Breaking pool rules may result in loss of pool privileges and fines.
- Be kind and courteous to your neighbors! A little kindness goes a long way!
